Led by Laura Underwood and Debbie Keller
Grace Place Women’s Bible Study
Beginning Wednesday September 23 | 7:30 p.m. | Zoom
Join the Grace Place Women’s Bible study for an eight-week study of Paul’s Letters to the Thessalonians. 1st and 2nd Thessalonians are two of our earliest existing writings in the New Testament giving readers a view into the beliefs and challenges of the early church. How should believers respond when their faith is a minority perspective and suffer persecution? What does genuine holiness look like? Is life after death truly worth believing in, and what does it look like? Will Jesus make good on his promise to come back? Authored by pastor and seminary professor Matt O’Reilly, this study takes a hard look at Paul’s Holy Spirit-inspired response to these continuing challenges for the church. Discover how the gospel of Jesus will give you the strength you need as you eagerly await his promised return to make our world right again. To provide opportunity for both large group and small group discussion, the Zoom small group feature will also be utilized.
