Easter Lily Orders

Easter Lilies

On Easter Sunday, Easter Lilies will adorn Central’s Sanctuary and Activities Center. If you would like to purchase lilies in honor or memory of someone, you may buy them online below. To buy in person contact Susan Meek   or at 479.442.1818, or place a check on the offering plate with “Easter Lilies” on the memo line. The cost is $15 for each, and the deadline to order is Monday, March 25.

Soup & Sermon | Lent 2024

A community Lenten engagement.
Soup & Sermon is a community-wide Lenten series that will take place at Central UMC and St. Paul, with the host location rotating each week. During the series, attendees will have the opportunity to listen to a different speaker each week and enjoy a soup lunch afterward. For the full schedule, please click on the link below.

Holy Wednesdays | Lent

Holy Wednesdays

Holy Wednesdays is a special communion service offered during Advent and Lent. This service will be at 6 p.m. in the Wesley Chapel and last about 15 minutes. All are welcome. 

Holy Week

Palm Sunday

Holy Week begins with Palm Sunday, March 24. We will celebrate this day by bringing in the palms in both of our worship services.

Maundy Thursday

Join us on Maundy Thursday, March 28, at 6 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Holy Thursday is the first of the three days of solemn remembrance of the events leading up to and immediately following the crucifixion of Jesus.

Good Friday

Good Friday, March 29, will begin at 6 p.m. in the CAC. Good Friday services focus on prayer and reflection on the death of Christ and penance and special devotion for the believer.

Easter Egg Hunt

Join Central Kids on Easter Sunday for an Egg Hunt at 10 a.m. Families with children grades K-6 will check in at the Student Ministries Building. An age group schedule will be released before March 31.  Central Littles will host hunts for ages 0-4. 

Easter Sunday

You are invited to join us this Easter Sunday, March 31. We celebrate the good news that in Christ’s death and resurrection we, and all creation, are continually being made new by God’s love and saving grace.
